  • Pulse is our faster paced, multilayered workout. We integrate short and long range movement to challenge your muscles over a 45 minute reformer class. Couple this with groovy tunes and you will feel motivated to take your workout to new levels.

    The biggest project you will ever work on is you. We invite everyone to do just that, as modifications make this class suitable for all levels.

  • Bounce is our 45 minute reformer class with the use of our jump boards. Get your heart rate up in this cardio based workout. We will work the whole body in a fast paced and upbeat class which will leave you feeling strong, sweaty and satisfied.

    As always, modifications make this class suitable for all levels. So, as long as you are bringing good vibrations, we welcome you!

  • Strong is our heaviest reformer class that will challenge your endurance and strength over a 45 minute full-body workout. Get ready to BURN!

    Expect heavy springs and some of your favourite classical Pilates repertoire.

    We suggest this class for our regular Pilates goers, or if you are feeling particularly powerful.

  • Improve your posture and mobility in 45 minutes of reformer stretch. In this class we aim to lengthen and strengthen your body in many planes of motion. This slow flow will help you enter a state of relaxation, while also helping increase the key flexibility properties of the muscle and fascia.

    Perfect for beginners, or anyone who is looking for something to complement an active lifestyle.

REFORMER STUDIO

  • Pace Pilates is a 45 minute full-body workout that combines traditional Pilates exercises with dynamic movement. This class is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of flowing movements that engage every muscle in your body.

    This is a mat based class that incorporates traditional Pilates moves, using a variety of props such as resistance bands, dumbbells and chi balls.

    The class is suitable for all levels. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and listen to your body.

    Expect to leave this class feeling invigorated and energized, with improved strength, flexibility, and posture. Come ready to sweat and move your body in new and challenging ways.

  • Welcome to your AAA workout. This is a 45 minute mat Pilates based class tailored to three major muscle groups - your ass, abs and arms.

    Think of this class as a slow burner. Improving your overall strength and tone, this class incorporates the use of Pilates props with a variety of traditional Pilates principles to sweat through those three focus areas.

MAT STUDIO

  • Hustle is a super sweaty and stupidly satisfying class that incorporates strength and basic boxing.

    This workout is not for the faint of heart! Push, pull, squat and hinge your way through this workout with gym rings, booty boxes, booty bands and more. Combine this with speedy combos on our heavy bags and you have the perfect 50 minutes of cardio to slide into your weekly routine.

  • The name says it all. A 45 minute class dedicated to building a strong, juicy peach. This functional class will incorporate booty bands, dumbbells and benches. Beginner friendly, but intermediate to advanced will still be challenged with heavier weights, bands and progressions. Get ready to seriously burn your behind at Peach Club!
