FAQs

What if I am a beginner?

Never fear! Lots of our classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Let your instructor know prior to your class if it is your first time, so they can help to make it a great experience for you!

If you are new to exercise or Pilates we suggest taking a mat class. For those new to reformer Pilates we recommend Sculpt or Pulse. All our classes in the mat and boxing studio are beginner friendly!

What if I am injured?

We strongly recommend speaking with your GP, Physiotherapist or medical provider before commencing a class with us. Please inform your instructor of any injuries prior to class to ensure you are not putting yourself at risk.

Is there an age limit?

We have a minimum age requirement of 16.

Can I practise if I am pregnant?

Our pregnancy policy prevents you from practising beyond 20 weeks of pregnancy. We strongly advise you to speak with your medical provider to discuss what exercise may be suitable for you. We do wish you all the best for this exciting time- congratulations!

What do I need to bring?

Don’t forget your water bottle and a sweat towel if you wish.
If you are attending a Hustle class, please bring your sports specific shoes, boxing gloves and boxing wraps. Boxing gloves are provided, and wraps are also available for purchase from the studio if you don’t already have them.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is fully booked, you have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels their class, the next person on the waitlist will be added to the class. Keep an eye out in case you get an email saying you’ve been added, as you will need to confirm your spot.

When do I arrive?

Check in opens 15 minutes prior to class, so please arrive early. Once class has started, you may not be able to join.

What if I am late?

If you are late, you will not be allowed to join the class. This is to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible and all our classes run on time.
