General

The Pilates Project will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.

Out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and your safety, late entry is not permitted to any class. Check in opens 15 minutes prior to class class time so please ensure that you arrive at the studio 5-10 mins early. Refunds or compensation will not be offered in the case of late entry.

The Pilates Project is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

The Pilates Project provides pigeon holes for clients to store their valuables, but we will not be responsible for the safekeeping of clients belongings while they are at the studio.

All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

The Pilates Project has a minimum age requirement of 16 years old to attend classes.

It is your responsibility to let your instructor know if you have any injuries, or are pregnant.

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies across all classes in studio.

If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must seek cancellation through the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. Any cancellations after the 6 hour mark will be not be credited.

Any cancellations within a 6 hour period prior to the scheduled class will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No Show.

Clients who present as a No Show three times will be blocked from booking classes.

Clients with a casual pass or class pack will result in the loss of one class for each Late Cancel and No Show.

By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

Intro Offer

Any introductory offer made by The Pilates Project may only be purchased by new clients who have not yet attended the studio.

The term of the Intro Offer will commence upon purchase, and is valid for one month.

Intro Offer is subject to the Cancellation policy.

No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of any Intro Offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

The Intro Offer includes access to all classes across the studio.

Class Packs

All class packs have unlimited validity.

No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of the class pack due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Monthly Unlimited Membership

There is no minimum term of the Monthly Unlimited Membership. The term of the Unlimited Membership commences on the date that you purchase the membership or such other date as agreed by The Pilates Project.

The membership will continue until you advise The Pilates Project to cancel the membership.

Memberships can be suspended for minimum one consecutive week. Please allow 72 hours to process membership suspensions. To suspend your membership, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto pay.

This membership allows you access to unlimited regularly scheduled classes across the studio.

If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, The Pilates Project may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.

No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of the Monthly Unlimited Membership due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Pregnancy Policy

The Pilates Project can accommodate for clients up to 20 weeks of pregnancy, provided that you have been consistently practising for a minimum of 3-6 months.

Please notify your instructor prior to class if you are pregnant.

Participation during the first 20 weeks is at your own risk, and should only be with clearance from your doctor, women’s health physio or obstetrician/gynecologist.

Private or semi-private classes with a qualified instructor are available on request via email or WhatsApp.
